About Laser Surgery

Our office believes in the philosophy that use of the most modern technology and advanced procedures allow for the best care and ultimate healing and final results.  To that end, the laser is an instrument that allows for improved quality of care by using an invisible laser beam as an adjunct to surgical care.  Faster healing time, less discomfort, and less bleeding and swelling include many of the benefits the laser offers.  Excellent precision and hemostasis during surgical procedures can reduce the need for anesthesia and certainly for sutures.  The laser is commonly used for biopsies, soft tissue excisions, and bloodless incisions.  Vaporization created by the laser minimizes any thermal injury and greatly improves healing for many procedures.
