Dr. David Fiaschetti joined the Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center in 2009, after a distinguished 21 year career in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. A board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Fiaschetti strives to provide each patient with the utmost care before, during and after treatment.

Serving as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in the U.S. Army was a rewarding, honorable, and humbling experience. Highlights of Dr. Fiaschetti’s military service include being stationed in Berlin, Germany during the fall of the Berlin Wall and reunification of Germany; providing oral & maxillofacial surgery care to the cadets and staff at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point for 7 years; and most importantly servicing the needs of our wounded warriors while deployed to Baghdad, Iraq as part of the 10th Combat Support Hospital. The dedication and expertise Dr. Fiaschetti proudly exhibited in the military carries through to the care he provides patients today at the Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center.

An active community member, Dr. Fiaschetti and his family enjoy the beauty and wealth of activities Aquidneck Island has to offer.
