Meet Dr. Joanne Castaneda
Dr. Joanne B. Castaneda, DDS, MD graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and then received her medical degree from Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Subsequently, she completed her oral surgery training at NSLIJ Long Island Jewish Medical Center where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Castaneda is dedicated to serving the local community. She is board certified. She has also enjoyed serving the global community by participating in mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Ecuador. Additionally, Dr. Castaneda completed an elective course in Colombia while in medical school.
